Cancellation Policy for the British Balloon Bash (BBB)
1. Notice Requirement:
• Cancellations must be made in writing.
2. Cancellation Dates and Refunds:
We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help where we can. If you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you provide a reason for your request. Our committee will carefully review all cancellation requests to ensure they’re handled fairly and with understanding. If your cancellation is approved, the following conditions will apply:
• Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, minus a £50 cancellation fee per registration.* • Cancellations made between 60 and 29 days prior to the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.* • Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to the event will not receive any refund.*
*Please note that all refunds will have applicable administration fees, including any transaction fees, deducted from the amount refunded.
3. Registration Transfer:
• BBB allows registrants to sell their registration to another person, provided that they notify BBB as soon as possible. Failure to notify BBB will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
4. Ticket Scalping:
• Anyone caught scalping tickets, will forfeit all tickets purchased and monies spent on said tickets, and be barred from attending future events. • These tickets will then be sold on to people on the waiting list, who actually plan on attending the event.
