Cancellation Policy for the British Balloon Bash (BBB)
1. Notice Requirement:
• Cancellations must be made in writing.
2. Cancellation Dates and Refunds:>
• Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, minus a £50 cancellation fee per registration. • Cancellations made between 40 and 29 days prior to the event will be eligible for a 50% refund. • Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to the event will not receive any refund.
3. Registration Transfer:
• BBB allows registrants to sell their registration to another person, provided that they notify BBB as soon as possible. Failure to notify BBB will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
4. Ticket Scalping:
• Anyone caught scalping tickets, will forfeit all tickets purchased and monies spent on said tickets, and be barred from attending future events. • These tickets will then be sold on to people on the waiting list, who actually plan on attending the event.
